Nick MacKenzie

Nick has over ten years’ experience of advising in education and is independently ranked as a leading lawyer for education nationally. He leads the education team on corporate and governance matters and has extensive experience of advising MATs on legal and strategic issues. Nick is regularly used by education clients as an external ‘sounding board’ by both the executive and chairs/trustees. In short, he frequently acts as their “in-house general counsel”. Nick is a regular contributor to our thought leadership programme, and has an established network of key contacts in the sector. He has also written extensively for the sector press and sector bodies contributing guidance resources and opinion pieces.
