Dawn has wide-ranging experience as a non-executive in the education sector, both as Chair of Trustees for an 11-school primary multi-academy trust and through independent hearing panels, governor advisor roles, IEBs and as an LA appointed Chair of Governors in schools of concern. In addition, Dawn has delivered independent external reviews of governance, chair mentoring and facilitated strategy and training sessions. Dawn also provides mentoring with the CST Governance Leaders Programme and is a Consultant within the CST Governance Advisory Service.
