Polly O’Malley is a Partner at national law firm Stone King, specialising in all aspects of
employment law with expertise in advising the education sector on a wide
variety of strategic, contentious and regulatory matters. She has a wealth of
experience in the whole ambit of staff issues, including national terms and
conditions, industrial action, trade union liaison, TUPE, restructure, and
safeguarding matters. She is also experienced in advising on equality issues in
education and has experience of the SENDIST tribunal. Polly has regular
speaking commitments with professional institutions and sits on the TRA
(Teacher Regulation Agency) Teacher Misconduct pane.
