Nick has over ten years’ experience of advising in education and is independently ranked as a leading lawyer for education nationally. He leads the education team on corporate and governance matters and has extensive experience of advising MATs on legal and strategic issues. Nick is regularly used by education clients as an external ‘sounding board’ by both the executive and chairs/trustees. In short, he frequently acts as their "in-house general counsel”.
