Melissa Bell is the Sustainable Procurement Manager at YPO, taking a strategic lead on implementing sustainable procurement at YPO and delivering social value outcomes through procurement. Melissa works with category teams, customers and suppliers to provide advice and guidance on approaches to sustainable procurement and how best to embed these practices throughout the procurement process. With over 15 years in public sector procurement, Melissa has experience in delivering a wide range of products and services to customers via a compliant route. Melissa is a Chartered member of CIPS and is currently working towards an LLM in Public Procurement Law and Policy.
