John is the CEO for
Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust (OHC&AT). OHC&AT is a
sixteen-provision Trust and College for learners with a range of special needs,
disabilities and mental health challenges, pre-school to twenty-five.
John has previously
been a Headteacher of an outstanding special school and went on to lead an
inadequate special school to a ‘good’ judgement at its first academy
inspection. He has been a team member on secondary mainstream Ofsted
inspections, is a SEND panel member for NTA (National Teacher Accreditation)
and sits on the Young People’s Education and Skills Board as part of London
Councils.
