Graham
Burns is a Partner at national law firm Stone King with extensive experience
of advising on complex public sector procurements, with particular expertise in
the education sector. He has decades of experience advising education clients
with a strong track record in school PFI schemes, acting on the conversion and
transfer of a large number of PFI schools as they convert to academies or
transfer to other academy trusts. Graham has acted for a broad range of
sponsors developing multi-academy trusts and school collaboration structures
and leads on the firm’s work on academy transfers.
