Denise Inwood is Founder and CEO
of BlueSky - the leading solution to manage staff appraisal, professional
learning and school self-evaluation. Denise founded the company in 2001, based
on her experiences as a teacher, Senior Leader and an Advisory Teacher for a
London Local Authority. During her 17 years in schools, she recognised there
were no formal means by which schools could align teacher development,
performance management and school improvement. As an educationalist at heart,
Denise knows the changing and challenging landscape of the education sector and
works tirelessly to empower those on the ground, leading the way to support the
improvement of processes, and ultimately, the outcomes of young people.
