Catherine Dottridge is Chief Financial Officer at the Tenax Schools Trust, a growing multi-academy trust which now consists of 8 schools, including a sponsored free school, as well as a Teaching School and SCITT. She leads the Trust’s finance and business functions, and manages its strategic growth and planning. She was previously a School Business Manager, at the Trust’s founding secondary school and before that at primary schools. After obtaining her MSc in Economics, she started her career in corporate finance, working in a FTSE 100 retail group. She took a career break to look after her children which stimulated her interest in the education and well-being of children. She is passionate about running schools excellently and is also Chair of Governors at one of the Trust’s primary schools.
