Ben White (@WaldenKent) is a teacher and research lead for Ashford Teaching Alliance. He worked on the the DfE Teacher Workload Group which published Making Data Work. He. Recently, Ben has conducted workload reviews in a number of secondary and primary schools. Ben is a member of CEBE (Coalition for Evidence Based Enquiry) who are currently exploring how school leaders can facilitate evidence based practice.He is currently working on a blog series with Professor Becky Allen which explores the relationships between social policy, the inherent complexity of the classroom and the experiences of teachers working in English schools.
