Ash is CEO of the Nova Education Trust having previously held
the positions of Deputy CEO and prior to that Headteacher at Toot Hill School. At Toothill, Ash led an achievement agenda that saw the school ranked in the
top 2% of schools nationally and was also a key player in securing the
Outstanding judgement for the school. Ash has strong expertise in curriculum
and has strategically led the trust-wide approach to securing high achievement
at Key Stage 4 and 5. In 2019, NET was judged the 7th highest performing trust
in the country for progress at Key Stage 4.
